This prints in this gallery are from my time in Puebla, Mexico, That time was sadly quite limited. I know I often say I want to return to the places I visit and I am guilty of getting stuck on some cities I like, but I left Puebla less than a day after I arrived with a heavy heart. I visited yet more beautiful Mexican cities but never forgot the gorgeous colors and stunning architecture of Puebla.

Although I've heard that Puebla is not unknown to tourists, it still felt more like a real town and not a theme park. I left with a feeling that I'd gotten much closer to the real Mexico there than I expected and a longing to return one day and explore those colorful streets in much more detail. And that's just the town of Puebla proper. I suspect there's much more to see in the state that bears the same name.

Alas, for the purposes of our trip, Puebla was mostly an overnight stop between Mexico City and Oaxaca. But if you enjoy the beautiful colors of Latin America and detail-filled architecture, I think you'll enjoy the prints in my collection from this brief stop in my travels through Mexico.
